Manage your eConsult demand

Consultation hours

Select when your practice can receive consultations. If you need to request custom hours, contact practice.support@econsult.health

To close eConsult, head to the new demand management page in the settings portal.
Patients will be able to submit consults immediately.
If your request is activated inside working hours (08:00 - 18:30), patients will be able to submit consults immediately. If your request is activated outside of working hours, patients will be able to submit consults from 08:00 on tomorrow.

Daily consultation limits

Set a limit for the days you receive online consultations. If you don’t want to set a limit for certain days, leave them blank.

To complete the updates, fill in your details below and submit the request.

After you submit the request, the practice will receive an activation email. Click the button in the email to activate the changes. Your updates will not be complete until the practice clicks on the activation email.

Patients will be able to submit consultations until the request is activated.

When you activate this request, any in-progress consultations will still come through to your practice. To offset this, we will activate any daily consultation limit just before it reaches capacity. This will keep the daily limit more accurate (although it may still go over or under the number you set).
